Inititally, side effects such as nausea or daytime drowsiness by worsen, especially if dose is being increased.  Some se well may carry over to next day.  Usually, over time, se diminish and often disappear, though.

This can increase side effects such as dizziness, dry mouth, loss of appetite, sleep disturbances, & heart palpitations. Pls, closely follow-up w/ur doc the rx of the 2 drugs + inform her/him of other supplements, meds, vitamins & herbs intake. Homeopath meds r safe w/o interaction.

Help for side effect: You do not list your side effects, but here goes.  Fatigue - change the dose to an hour before bedtime upset stomach - take after eating. 
Headaches and insomnia man remit after a few days.  If they persist, changing medication would be my suggestion.
If there are other side effects, ask again and list them, i will try to help.
