Worry if U wish: It is hard to parent &amp; sort through all the misinformation generated by anti-vaccers. The nasty stuff if any will be evident quickly &amp; 48 hours is a good outlier.Rotavirus vaccine virus will be excreted in the poop for weeks, but I don't consider it a side effect.After almost 4 decades in Pediatrics I consider the vaccines we now have and their safety as the most important advance for our kids.

my daughter of 6 yo take the vaccines dtap,mmrv and hepatitis a today, but i check her medical records and she had those vaccines from 2 years ago and dr give it for her again . i would like to know if will have any side effects for take twice ?

: There should be no adverse effects from repeat vaccination. She is eligible to get Covid vaccine and should get that. When she turns 11 years of age, she should get HPV vaccine.

: You have found wrong information or you misunderstood. The viral hepatitis vaccines (hepatitis A, B, or the combination) have no more frequent and no worse side effects that other vaccines you have had. If you have not previously been vaccinated against hep A and B, do it now. Don''t worry about side effects; you won't have any.

Vaccines : If you are asking if an extra dose was given in the same day then one may see some addition fever or fussiness but not something to panic about.  If your question is that the child got and addition dose another day then there would not be any addition reaction but there would be additional immunity.   Also no need to worry.   Vaccines are very safe and reactions are rare.

To maximize the maternal antibody response and passive transfer to the infant, optimal timing for Tdap administration is between 27 and 36w gestation. Supported by AGOG.

No: This vaccine has been remarkable since it was modified & re-released in ~1992. The frequency of any side effects like fever, crying spells etc went from expected to almost non-existent. Other than feel sore at the site, the kid should have no issues with the added dose but may have a little better immunity.

Extra protection: Getting an extra dose should increase his antibodies and give him extra protection to ward off those nasty germs that cause tetanus, diphtheria, and whooping cough. His next dose should still be after his 4th birthday.
