You : You can consider changing the time of day that you take it, although first check with your doctor.  First, keep a diary of what time you take it, and how closely you ate when taking it and what you ate.  Then see if there is a pattern.  You can try to notice if high fiber foods (vegetables etc) seem to set off your indigestion more.  Also try to notice if certain beverages are making it worse.  You can also try to notice if it is worse if you are constipated, then aggressively treat the constipation if so  (with stool softeners or suppositories).

Well: But remember that treatment of intermittent claudication ("angina in legs") starts with discontinuing  smoking (if you do), as NOTHING will work if the patient  keeps smoking!!!
Aspirin and Cilostazol help and what may prevent it from getting worse is a serious walking program, controlling diabetes, cholesterol and hypertension.

No: We don't have a lot of information on Cilostazol in pregnancy and breastfeeding but in animal studies, it has caused some birth defects.  Unfortunately, you may have a medical problem that is best treated with cilostazol. You should talk with your doctor about the risks and benefits.

Depends on symptoms: 30% nl is low pletal (cilostazol) may.help increase walking but not pain at rest or ulcer /gangrene of foot  See a vascular surgeon to decide best course if action if yoy smoke STOP ASAP!!!

what is the best therapy for (recurrent) cerebral venous thrombosis/cvt? i had it in 2018, and recently i got it back. now on 4 mg warfarin & 50 mg cilostazol. notes : i have autoimmune antiphospholipid syndrome (aps). any suggest?

: Antiphopholipid Antibody Syndrome is a lifelong disorder, lacking a current cure.  The tendency for blood clotting is best managed by anticoagulants.  It may be appropriate to stay on your medications indefinitely.  Would be helpful to have your doctor fully explain your disorder, so you can be proactive in the future.  Best of luck with this chronic disease.
