Abd /shoulder pain: Though you are young consider gallbladder disease, reflux, gastritis, H pylori.Much less likely clot ( if on BCP, and smoker or family history)  f/u today with urgent care /doctor.

Let's See?: Always read the label and know what hand how much you are taking.  Acetaminophen/tylenol in adults is up to 2 grams a day (2, 000 milligrams).  Less to none if there is liver disease or other problems and elderly.  Less to none if significant alcohol intake or ingestion of other liver toxic meds/drugs.  You should discuss with your pcp/gi doctor.  Excedrin has Aspirin too?   Stop and check!

Spasms: If this is on your right side it can be related to irritation of the diaphragm due to peri hepatic changes or gallbladder issues. On the right side could include hiatal hernia, stomach issues or spleen issues that cause diaphragm irritation and cause referred pain to the shoulder.

Yes: Stomach and GI pains can easily be 'referred' to different parts of the chest - the abdomen is 'wired' with more neurons than the brain and can definitely cause pain in unusual areas - advil (ibuprofen) and testosterone are drugs that can contribute to ulcerative diseases.

Right upper: Pain in the right upper abdomen may be due to gall bladder or liver pathology. The left shoulder pain may be unrelated. Gall bladder pain often radiates around to the right side of the back and the right upper abdomen is tender when the liver or gall bladder are inflamed. I recommend going to the hospital emergency room for prompt examination and testing.

Many things can cause severe shoulder pain such as rotator cuff tears, bursitis/tendinitis, labral tears, shoulder instability, frozen shoulder, fractures, arthritis, contusions/direct trauma, cervical spine and nerve impingement in the shoulder as well.
