What could be causing me to have non-painful spasms in my stomach along with shoulder pain?

Spasms: If this is on your right side it can be related to irritation of the diaphragm due to peri hepatic changes or gallbladder issues. On the right side could include hiatal hernia, stomach issues or spleen issues that cause diaphragm irritation and cause referred pain to the shoulder.
