See DR.: Depending upon duration, severity, longevity, i would get to a dr.  You may be referred to an orthopedic specialist, who can perform a more thorough exam, cat scan, mri?   You may just need some specialized physical therapy, but don't do anything until evaluated.

Complex Joint: The shoulder is a complex joint, & many conditions/ injuries  (rotator cuff injury, bursitits, tendonitis, labrum, etc).Can cause pain/ weakness. I'd curtail any strenuous activities and use ice and nsaid
med.
