Varies : There are a number of potential causes. If it is around your shoulder blade, then it usually means it is coming from the retractors of your shoulder blade, such as the rhomboids. If it is the shoulder, a babel, biceps, or rotator cuff tear are possible. Don't hesitate to be seen for a more specific diagnosis.
