Nerve: With that distribution of pain I suspect that the cause is pressure on a nerve root by a bulging disc or spur at the vertebra in the upper back or lower neck. A neurologist or neurosurgeon would be best to evaluate and advise you. An MRI will most likely be recommended.

i have been having sever right shoulder pain, and i felt an abnormality on it and the pain radiates to my neck and arm. what could it be?

Uncertain what you : I'm answering what you feel. If it is swelling. This could come from the joint itself or from tendons are even bursitis. If the pain goes from the neck to the shoulder we see this sometimes with the shoulder problems but the other thing to consider is whether there is a pinched nerve. I can't be certain but I would discuss this with your physician

Popping: As for the popping that is generally just a normal variant.  The question on the pain is, is the MRI of the neck or shoulder.   IF the shoulder was it done with contrast or without?  There are some things like labral tears (if you play sports) that could cause pain.  Also, how long have you had the pain.  Sometimes there is an injury that is minor and can't be seen but is painful. Give it 6-8 week

Your doctor may order a nerve conduction test coupled with an emg, or an MRI if they have not done so already. Discuss with your doctor.

Complex challenges: You describe issues in multiple joints, presumably not caused by trauma.  Raises concerns of an inflammatory arthropathy.  Need to start with visit to primary physician and appropriate blood studies and imaging.  Perhaps a rheumatologist will be needed, especially if this persists or worsens.

Heart, lung, muscle: Several things could cause this symptom.  Usually sorted out based on the symptom location, duration, associated symptoms and one's risk factors for heart disease and possible risk for blood clots.  This could also be from shoulder joint itself.  Suggest seeing your physician especially if the symptom persist or reoccurs.

Right shoulder pain: Any pain that wakes you up is concerning. Is it persisting? This can often be caused by irritation of the gall bladder, but heart conditions can cause this as well. If it happens again or is continuing, get it checked out asap.

Consider your heart: Do you have a family history of heart disease? Do you smoke? Are you overweight?  If yes, chew two aspirins (unless you are allergic) and you must go to nearest emergency room right now because have to get heart evaluated.
