I have been having sever right shoulder pain, and i felt an abnormality on it and the pain radiates to my neck and arm. what could it be?

Uncertain what you : I'm answering what you feel. If it is swelling. This could come from the joint itself or from tendons are even bursitis. If the pain goes from the neck to the shoulder we see this sometimes with the shoulder problems but the other thing to consider is whether there is a pinched nerve. I can't be certain but I would discuss this with your physician
