Headache?: Any reason to believe you are having a stroke ?   Are you having any weakness anywhere? How is your speech?  The areas you described aren't linked so easily. Only place i source i could think of would be in your brain, but even there, what you are describing is just one place. Seek help please!

Lump: My top two likely causes for this lump are either sebaceous cyst or lipoma.  I would  have your doctor see them. Both conditions are benign and can usually be resolved with an outpatient procedure.

MRI: The ease of an MRi is often determined by your insurance company rather than the Dr.  The doctor will examine you and take a good history as well, and after that , it will be determined if you need any testing done, etc.  Best wishes.

Clenching: Clenching can cause facial pain, headaches, and neck pain.  There are also many other causes for neck pain.  The first thing to do is see your dentist for an evaluation as the change in your bite may be a part of your pain.  A nightguard of splint may help you with  the pain from clenching

took daughter to urgent care for severe ear pain. dr. checked and  no infection. woke up from nap better but now can't look up (back of neck pain)?

Does she have a: sore throat?Did they look at her throat? A throat infection can cause neck pain and ear pain. If they fully examined her throat and neck and she has no fever, vomiting, rash, you can apply a warm compress,and give her pain medication.If those areas were not examined, or if she has the other symptoms,I would call her regular doctor or take her to the emergency room to be re-evaluated.

Fibromyalgia: It easy for me to say go to your physician for an evaluation, but in this cas that is the right thing to do. When you have pain all over essentially, this is the first diagnoses that comes to mind. The next step is to evaluate you to see if you have what we call "trigger points", (see photo), or other more serious causes of multiple joint pains, such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus.
