A few thoughts..: The bite may be high, there may be a recurrent infection, there may even be a fracture. So hard to tell over the internet, sight unseen. Call your dentist for an appointment to be evaluated.

i had a root canal on my front bottom tooth and it still hurts.what should i do?

I : I assume that your root canal is completed.  It is not unusual to have some pain after completion of the treatment due to residual inflammation of the tissues around the root of the tooth. This can be managed with Motrin or advil (ibuprofen). I may also be present if there was an infection in the bone as a result of the death of the nerve.  If the discomfort does not slowly resolve contact the dentist who performed the procedure for instructions.

Sinusitis: Yes, those are classic symptoms of a sinus infection. However if that tooth is a lower tooth it may be getting reinfected. Either way you should see a dentist or doctor to confirm or rule out a sinus infection.

i have been diagnosed with barodontalgia; a tooth that hurts only when flying.  i had a root canal, but  that didn't correct it.  what do i do now?

Tough one: If it's an upper back tooth, problem may be sinus as opposed to tooth itself.  Tooth root may be fractured.  May have accessory canals.  See an Endodontic Specialist with a CBCT, a Cone Beam Cat Scan, that can take a 360 degree look around the tooth.

i had a root canal last week top right wisdom tooth. it still hurts very badly when i chew down. there is no pain other than when i chew. this normal?

Not Unusual: The tissues around that tooth may still be inflamed. That's why it hurts when you bite down. If the pain lasts more than a few days, see your treating dentist.

i had a root canal  2days ago. still lot pain.my concerne is that i feel exectly the same way - cold... hot... when touchs my tooth hurts really  bad.?

Infection in bone: Root canal procedure clears/ cleans the tooth part of the infection, but there might be some peri apical infection in the bone which can take a few days to clear. Antibiotics and pain meds will help. Sensitivity to hot or cold might be with one or more adjoining teeth which might have some issues. Please have all your remaining teeth checked.

i had a root canal thursday ,and four days after i still have pain when chewing or taping on my tooth ;also a sensitivity to cold but not hot .the big problem is that my neck on that side hurts really bad ,strangling sensation.idea of what can be?

More info needed...: Maxillary or mandibular tooth? Infection or no infection? Injections? Your best bet is a followup visit with your treating dentist for a re-evaluation of that tooth.

See the Dentist: The dentist needs to check for 3 general possibilities:
1) there is still infection at the end of the root where the root canal was done.
2) the crown is higher than the rest of the teeth and you are biting on this tooth first.
3) the root may be split.
