In : In the perception of many surgeons, smokers are considered poor candidates for any kind of surgery. Smokers are more prone to blood clots, poor circulation which can lead to poor healing of wounds, respiratory difficulty and difficlty recovery. During a liposuction, you would recieve general anesthesia, and smokers respiratory status is difficult to maintain if the person is a smoker. 
If you are considering liposcultpure, it is a decision you have made to improve your body image as well as your health. You need to show action toward improving your lifestyle as well. Quitting smoking would be a sign that you are committed to a healthy lifestyle and would make you a better candidtae for surgery.

Just about now...: Some studies have shown decreases in the amount of semen, abnormal swimming in sperm, lower testosterone levels, and higher estrogen levels in marijuana users. The studies are not big, so more research is needed. Smoking (inhaling smoke, which is full of lung irritants and cancer-causing chemicals) of any kind is unhealthy but it is unknown if pot users actually have fewer children than non-users.

Marijuana contains THC which is harmful to the fetus in addition to the impairment of your lung capacity to exchange oxygen to the fetus. The fetus may permanently sleep if this use continues. so stop now!

Stop anyway: Despite legalization and differing opinions unless for a medical reason, and still i suggest caution, do not use pot. It is far from refined and controlled. The amount of thc must be low and cannabinoids standardized and then further tested before considered safe from a neurotransmitter point of view.  How often do you use benadryl (diphenhydramine)? Pot and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can cause cognitive problems.  Dec bcp effect ?

STOP SMOKING!: First, yes, stop smoking! smoking causes cancer, and its incidence is on the rise. You should stop smoking regardless of whether or not it caused or is contributing to the ulcer. Take this as a wakeup call to stop. Then make sure you see a dentist (or physician) to accurately diagnose the ulcer. Any lesion that lasts two weeks or more needs to be diagnosed.

Depends: You are asking doctors how to beat a drug test!I would think you may not get much help here.Often, employers drug test hires because the job they are applying for requires attention.There may be a safety concern or a quality control concern. In any case, most doctors,myself included,are not likely to want to help you¨fool¨a drug test,unless total abstinence was your plan going forward!

Cannabis and anxiety: Like most pot smokers, you will probably be surprised to learn that even though smoking may seem like it helps your anxiety, regular use changes  your brain chemistry in ways that increase baseline anxiety. See a therapist who specializes in treating anxiety. There are many good ways to treat anxiety, but they are much more work than taking a drug, whether pill or pot. A former client said smoking did not really help with his depression and anxiety, it just "lowered his give a sh** factor." Action oriented cognitive and behavioral approaches we took in his therapy were what gave him the tools to actually do something different when he felt anxious. It is more effective to act your way into thinking and feeling differently than it is to try to think or feel your way into being able to act differently.  In regard to your wisdom teeth removal, I am not sure what that has to do with smoking or not.
