Hard to say: Ringworm is a kind of yeast infection, not really a worm. Some people seem to be more likely to develop it than others.

Worms: Most likely not required. Sometimes the sign of infection is anemia which will not give you symptoms until very severe .   But in general not a bad disease, so should be okay to wait. Discuss with your doc.

DR visit: Go to your DR, bring along a stool specimen.  This will be tested, you will get the correct DX and treatment.

No: Assuming you know how to wash the face with soap and thoroughly rinse with water, then  there shouldn't be concern. The mechanical act of cleaning the face and rinsing with water will remove any parasites and ova from the skin surface, despite whatever may be in the liquid soap (unless the soap was ingested, which would be a troubling thought). That depends on the: Type of roundworm. Round worm infections begin with transmission. Transmission of round worms in humans depends on the specific type. Trichinosis can occur from eating undercooked pork.  Ascaris may be transmitted by touching feces (dogs/ cats/ poor sanitation).  Pin worm can be transmitted when scratching the anus ;  touching others. Hookworms, strongyloides ; whipworm may penetrate the skin when.

Not very: There are several conditions that can cause the symptoms that you described. Although some may be benign, there are others that should be treated. I suggest you see your primary care doctor as soon as these symptoms appear.

The eggs are found in numerous areas around garbage where the raccoons have been foraging.
