: Those symptoms aren't classic MS ones. Have you been tested for deficiency of calcium,magnesium or electrolyte imbalance?  Some of your symptoms may be triggered by physical or psychological stress. Have you consulted a neurologist for evaluation &amp; advice. If not, I recommend you do. Appropriate testing will be ordered.

Limited space: When you bend, you compress your lungs, making it harder to breathe and more noticeable when you have limited lung reserve.

: Unlikely. What you described is more consistent with Musculo-skeletal pain. Try taking acetaminophen, no more than 3 g in one day and no alcohol. Regular aerobic exercise may help by improving your muscle strength and flexibility. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.

Don't panic: chest wall pain like that is nothing to panic over. It falls in my "bothersome but not worrisome" category.

Pleural: effusion ("water on the lung") can produce this and some viral infections may be the "culprit" You need to have a standard Chest Xray as soon as possible....

it can be diagnosed or ruled out with an echocardiogram, a simple, non-invasive test.

Shortness of breath: needs to be evaluated by your doctor.  If medical conditions are ruled out it may be anxiety.  Please see a mental health professional to learn some stress management techniques. Shortness of breath: Yes. You need to be checked. Get a chest x ray, ekg and echo cardiogram to rule cardiac or lung problems.

Weight?: Shortness of breath with bending over usually is from excessive truncal obesity. As you lean forward the abdominal fat compresses your abdomen up into the diaphram which hinders your ability to breath. Also hiaal hernias can give a similar symptom. Weight loss will help all of these things.
