EKG cause???: Without seeing and talking to you it is most likely normal variation. Is this the machine reading or a Cardiologists reading. They often differ. Discuss with who ordered the EKG.  The best is to compare it to a previous one if ever done.

are my ekg values normal? rate: 109, p:64, pr: 118, qrs: 72, qrsd: 89, t:-7, qt: 329, qtc: 443. computer said short pr and non specific st and t wave abnormality. cardiologist said it was normal. i have pots and severe anxiety?

: Listen to your Cardiologist who has seen you and not some Dr on the internet. Even as good as we are here without seeing you and the EKG cannot properly interpret. Was is supine or standing?  Or exercise EKG.

Anemia or B vitamin: Make sure your doctor tests you for anemia. There can be many causes but B12 deficiency is most common.

how to control  sinus tachycardia? my pulse rate always around 120. my age 40, weight 86. i also feel breathing problem. ecg, eco i done before but no doctor tell me i have asthma. but i have asthmatic symptom like short breathing, palpitation.

Dehydration?: First thing that catches my eye is your weight, it is quite low (86 lbs correct?). There is likely an association. Would need more details. One thing would be if you struggle at all with diet and fluid intake, dehydration alone can cause sinus tachycardia

Need further eval: short PR interval on ekg has a very short list of causes. 
two include WPW (wolfe parkinson white) and Lown-gagong-Levine syndrome, but can lead to rapid heart rates.  it is also possible to see as a normal variant.  if no symptoms such as  palpitations, chest pain, sob wiht exertion may not be anything wrong. if positive symptoms eval for above accessory pathways could be checked for by EP doctor

Depends.: If the pr is really short ( less than 0.12 s) or there is a delta wave could represent a ventricular pre-excitation syndrome such as wpw.  Need specific numbers to answer that.  Repol is often normal in your age group.

Unusual: Heart rate of 97 at rest is slightly faster than normal. Qrs complexes in leads v5 and v6 should be positive and not negative. I question those findings and wonder about misplaced leads. Discuss these ekg findings with your physician.
