Just general advice: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, and shooting/electric pain fits more with a nerve problem. Muscle fatigue/ache feelings are more indicative of heart. Furthermore, going out to both arms would often be due to a neck issue.....(pinched nerve, disk etc.)

Chest wall or intern: There are a lot of reasons as to why you might have chest pain  both surface and internal. Your physician will assess your lungs your heart your ribs and your chest wall

Rib pain: Some people may develop irritation of intercostals and might be associated with recurrent irritation which could be very painful. If any cardiac problems have been checked for and negative then anti-inflammatory meds as Ibuprofen can help with symptoms.

Nerve pain: This is typical of nerve irritation. Might want to ask your doc what they think.  I would certainly consider mechanical issues in the breast including masses / recent trauma / etc.

Abdominal pain radiating to the back and sides could be anything from appendicitis, kidney stones to cholelithiasis (gallbladder stones).

Pain radiating to the left side of your chest could be musculoskeletal, gastric, or cardiac.

No way to know.

Depends: Left arm or left chest discomfort may be heart related. Your symptoms are very atypical and likely non cardiac.  Mabey  a muscle spasm and or pinched nerve. Try heat along with alleve or some other NSAID . If no better after a few days see your dr for a full history and an exam.
