See a doctor: Differential diagnosis is too broad for anyone to be able to help you online. Abdominal pain radiating to the back and sides could be anything from appendicitis, kidney stones to cholelithiasis (gallbladder stones). Pain radiating to the left side of your chest could be musculoskeletal, gastric, or cardiac. No way to know. Please go and see a doctor ASAP.
