every night after taking prenatal tablet i vomit in 1 hr.will the tablet stay inside or go with vomiting?

Stays inside: You indicated that you're a male, and yet you're taking a prenatal vitamin.  Not that there's anything wrong with that...They're fine for men too.  The vitamin will have been absorbed within an hour.  There's no reason to take another.  And even if you were to miss a dose, it wouldn't be a big deal...It's just a vitamin.

full thickness tear of the  acl and "bucket handell tear of the medial meniscus. is it possible to not go into operation, and only conservative soluti?

Poss surgery: The  bucket handle tear of the meniscus will likely cause you problems - should probably be dealt with via arthroscopic approach.   The ACL tear can wait - do PT and make a decision later if you want to have an ACL reconstruction done.  Not everyone needs ACL repair - talk to your doctor about the pros and cons.

Babies vary!: The best way to know if your baby is getting enough is through his growth. If a baby is growing and gaining normally, he's likely getting enough. You can also gain information through the number of wet diapers your baby is putting out (6-8 wet diapers per day is pretty common). Your baby may like the breast feeding at night because of the extra warmth and contact that only you can give him!

After missed period: It is better to wait 4-5 days after a missed period, use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the kit carefully.

Liver mets: Single liver mets can be resected surgically and improve survival. A few mets can sometimes be treated with RFA (radio-frequency ablation) if a person is a potential transplant recipient or highly symptomatic. Per-cutaneous drainage of dilated bile ducts might also reduce symptoms. Maybe hospice care could be consulted for other end of life options.
