Razor burn: Razor burn occurs because your skin is irritated during the shaving process. Common causes are:
soap or shaving cream aggravating your skin.
Not using a product to help the razor glide over the skin’s surface.
A dull razor.Pressing too hard.
You can use over the counter Hydrocortisone to stop the irritation.

3 bumps where pubic hair is. sore only 2 touch. looks like acne pimples. bled when i pop them. present for about 4 days. shaved w/ nondisposable razor?

Folliculitis: This is a common problem with a dirty or un-sharp razor.  You need to clean or change your razor, not shave until the sores are fully healed, stop popping these kind of lesions (doctor's never understand why humans keep  doing this when every one says not to do it). And, if the sores get worse you may need antibiotics.

ok so i dont shave down there ever but have like i think ingrown hair above pubic hair left side its purple tender to touch hurts bad plz advise!!

Warm compress: You may have an ingrown hair or "folliculitis'.  It may help to warm a wet cloth and press it against the area to improve blood flow and assist your body in fighting an infection.  Sometimes, an ingrown hair will go away on its own, other times, antibiotics are needed.  See a doctor if the lesion doesnt go way or increases in size.

Probably inflamed : Hair follicle or folliculitis.  Bacteria from skin proliferate in the hair follicle, much like a pimple.  If it is severe, you need antitiotics, or even surgical drainage if it is really bad.

Probably infection: a painful lump that fills up with fluid in that area is likely a cyst formed by infection of an oil gland that  has become infected, and is now the scene of a struggle between your immune system, and the infection. Hot compresses with herbs like comfrey are the old fashioned way. Consulting your doctor and possibly antibiotics would be a very good idea.

Possible Abscesses: It sounds like you may have some abscesses with or without cellulitis.  You may need antibiotics and possible drainage of the abscesses if they are fully formed.  In the meantime analgesia like paracetamol and ibuprofen will help but also running the area under hot water and soap as often as it is convenient should help.  You should let a doctor take a look at it.

Could be STD: If the bumps only last for a few minutes or less than a day then they are nothing to worry about. If they are persistent and last for weeks than it may be a viral infection called molluscum contagiosum.

Possible cyst: You might have an inflamed or infected cyst in that area. I would see your gynecologist or a dermatologist. Till then warm soaks may help.

Ingrown Hair: Often an ingrown hair will go away on its own. If it doesn't go away, an ingrown hair can become infected, permanently darken the skin, or leave behind a scar, especially if you've been scratching or picking at it. If an ingrown hair is bothering you or has become infected, your doctor can make a small cut in your skin with a sterile needle or scalpel to release it or prescribe medicine.

Use moisturizers: And defer shaving for a while. Avoid scented products. Vaseline, Lubriderm, Cetaphil, Jergens, Organic Coconut Oil, ------- any of theses should work.
