See your OB: Menstrual periods can last up to a week, so it could be the end of aong menstruation, however to be on the safe side, I think you should see an internal med doc or your OB to address the issue, it may be dysfunctional bleeding from any of a number of causes

Brief illness?: Any stomach flu or food poisoning type of illness can have some nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, tummy pain, tummy cramps, fever, chills, sweating, dizziness, lightheadedness, etc... One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Otherwise, a doctor can evaluate the patient, and also check for cancer or other serious diseases.

No: Stomach pain, chest pain, and head pain cannot be ignored. Each can reflect an urgent problem. Stomach pain should be evaluated and examined by a medical practitioner. There are multiple organs which could be having trouble ... The appendix, the gall bladder, the intestines, the stomach itself as a separate organ, even the liver can cause pain. Have it checked out.

See your doctor: Does this happen with all foods, or certain ones?  Does pain happen right away with eating or does it take a few hours to occur? Any other symptoms such as fever or nausea? If so, how are they related to the pain onset (earlier or later...) ? All these things and examination findings will help give you an answer.

Abd pain: many types: Ms beauty, abdominal pain which comes and goes and moves around can be caused by many things. Although very unlikely, consider pregnancy (19 year old woman, correct?). Much more likely is constipation,  lactose intolerance (can't digest dairy), "irritable bowel", or even gluten sensitivity. We believe irritable bowel is related to stress and can be helped by a high fiber diet, and stress reduction.

Hard to say: Time specific symptoms can relate to activity changes.Does a busy day distract you from pain you would feel, but the evening/night make you more aware ? Does this amplify when lying down or after consuming the evening meal ?Is it stomach or chest wall ? Do you occasionally burp up some of your meal ? This could be reflux related.If antacids help, you may want to see your doc for exam/treatment.

i've had sharp stomach pains, and 2-3 day long constipation. when i do go #2, there is 1-2inch long pieces of lining/fat. been for 2 weeks.

GI Issues: Several GI issues may cause fatty stools and Change in bowels. IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion, but can even cause these types of issues.  Try changing your diet with increased fruits and fiber, with water.  If the bowels do not regulate in a few days, then see the GI dr. for an evaluation. best wishes.

Pain: Pain that lasts only briefly, even if it is sharp, severe and/or throbbing is usually benign. If your pain becomes constant, or lasts more that 40 minutes, or is associated with fever, vomiting, sweats, shortness of breath, a bulge then you need to be concerned and get in for an evaluation. If you are missing any of your vaccinations, routine health maintenance then get them done.
