Back problem: We would need to do a good exam . We would be looking for scoliosis , kyphosis  or muscle spasms . You should see your doctor for a back specialist. Good luck. Jp.

The first thing: I would consider is whether there is some low grade inflammatory or infectious process going on in/near the appendix which is aggravated by defecation.  Sometimes the increased pressure within the pelvis associated with defecation may irritate the already inflamed organ...maybe something like diverticulitis or inflammatory bowel disease. An evaluation with your Doctor is in order. Good wishes:)

having some middle right side pain, when lying down i get a occasional very sharp sting in the upper right part of my chest, lasts around 1-3 seconds,?

Chest pain: Chest pain can be a symptom of heart disease but may be may other things such as esophageal spasms, respiratory disorders (asthma, COPD, bronchitis, infections), and muscle problems to name a few.  It really depends on the clinical situation and other symptoms you may be having. Pain that lasts a few seconds is not likely to be serious but you should get it evaluated by your doctor.

hi, i am having some uncomfortable symptoms and i dont know what it could be, i have extreme pain when i sit for too long, laying down, and standing up im ok. also have side pain, dizziness, numbness in legs and blood in stool. should i go to emerge?

: Beyond the negative aspects of "sitting too long" regarding exercise and potential decreased venous return to the heart, which can cause blood clotting in lower extremities, "sitting too long" also compresses the sciatic nerve and can cause resultant pain.  Blood in the stool is a different problem, and should be evaluated by a GI physician as soon as possible.

Side pain: By side pain, i assume you mean flank pain. You should be evaluated by a physician as it could be from chest process like pneumonia to kidney stones... No way of knowing on here without proper history and physical by a qualified physician.

Abdominal pain: This could be related to your gallbladder, gerd, irritable bowel or other GI issues like gastritis.
You should start with an appointment at your pcp and then have and us and or see a GI physician or surgeon.

More Info?: How long have you had the pain? Are there any associated symptoms like fever, nausea, vomiting, constipation or diarrhea? When was the last time you had a bowel movement? Have you had similar pain in the past? Did you miss your period? Are you sexually active? Please provide more info, or if the pain is severe enough, seek urgent care.

Pain in the side: may commonly arise from disease in the kidney such as renal stones  or kidney  infection. 
Your weight loss may or may not be related to this but you need an thorough examination  by a physician.  Some ultrasound and blood tests may be needed.

Need Work Up: Severe left-sided pain around the rib cage could indicate a problem in any of the following areas: stomach and gas, cardiac, lung-related, musculoskeletal, intestinal, pancreas and less likely spleen. Given the constant and unremitting nature of your pain, I would suggest an urgent evaluation, possibly with ultrasound and routine bloodwork to start.

Possible stone?: I would have concern that different pain in the flank area or alongside the back could represent symptoms from something like a kidney stone. I would recommend  vigilance in investigating this is a possibility. Otherwise chronic back pain can have different features including pain along the sides of the torso which can result from different muscles in spasm as a result of underlying chronic proble.
