i've been recently getting severe headaches/sharp pains in my head(pressure), the right side, pains in ear, bloodshot eye, dizzy spells etc, any ideas?

Anything: Could be as simple as migraine or something more serious.  There are disorders called trigeminal autonomic cephalgias that are different from migraine and can lead to "red eye".  I suggest a work up from your doctors.

Head pain: Could be the jaw joint or chewing muscles. Sometimes it could be a real headache. Although you hold see a dentist to check your bite a neurologist is also a good idea.

Headaches: Your headaches could be coming from tension, dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, teeth grindgin, sleep apnea/snoring, or chronic sinus problems. See your doctor.

Headaches can be : Difficult;are thet debilitating? Associated with nausea or vision changes?  Is this new? A couple of thoughts: one is insomnia and sleep related bruxism, grinding teeth at night.  Another is sinuses, try a nasal steroid if an issue.  Get eyes checked.  Some may suggest a ct if new onset or other neuro problems. Though indicated for migraines, if no solution topirimate 50 mg at night mat help.Gdluc.

CPH: Chronic paroxysmal hemicrania (cph) is thought to be a variant of cluster headache because of similar autonomic features. Both cluster and cph are classified as trigeminal autonomic cephalgias. , almost all cases of cph are relieved by Indomethacin and this response is considered diagnostic for cph.
Rec.: see your pcp for Indomethacin test.

Check BP: If your past Hx includes a brain tumor, your symptoms can be much more than high BP or sleep deprivation, so I suggest you go see a neurologist to see if an MRI is needed to re-evaluate the brain, etc

Many causes: There are many causes of transient sharp pain on the side of the head. They can be simple and benign causes like TMJ syndrome or referred pain from the teeth or more serious conditions like trigeminal neuralgia or temporal arteritis. See your internist and discuss in detail.

No: Never dismiss sharp pains. See a neurologist . Could also be from teeth clenching, bruxism, tmj, or something inside your brain. Could be a pinched nerve. At any rate, you owe to yourself to get a neurologic assessment.Best wishes.
