felt a pop then sharp pain to the roof of my mouth. specifically the right back part of my mouth.. it hurts when i swallow or try to eat anything and seems like a bump is there now, could just be swelling but wanted someone's opinion on what'sup?

Oral Swelling: From your description, an intraoral selling suddenly appeared. It most likely will not resolve on its own. You'll need to be seen by a local dentist to determine the exact cause and treatment.

Diverse pains: I cannot see a correlation between these symptoms. The are likely unrelated.  IF they have resolved then I would not worry much about these. If not, see your MD for an exam.

Sinus infection?: It is unlikely that grinding ones teeth would cause palate pain. More likely due to a sinus infection or possible herpes outbreak. Best  to go to your dentist or ENT for an evaluation if the pain persists for more than 3 days.

See a Dentist: There are many,  many things that can cause soreness in the roof of your mouth.   The most common I have observed is inflamation due to dryness.  The second most common thing ive seen is ulcers, burns or cuts on the palate from hot, spicy or sharp food.   Best to have it looked at to narrow down the specific cause.

Abscess: Need to see dentist. Get X-rays. Probably need root canal. Yes, can cause this type of pain. Amox will not help

Probably not Covid: May be allergic, bacterial sinus infection, a different virus, a narrow upper jaw with partial airway obstruction, or other causes. Call your General Physician and check if they want to see you. See your Dentist to evaluate if your upper jaw is too narrow and if you need to see an Orthodontist.
