when it is cold outside, i can be out walking my dog, and get a sudden sharp pain in my nose. it goes away within seconds. does anyone know what it is?

Vasospasm to cold: Acute , sort if allergic reaction to sudden cold causing vasospasm, last few seconds causing pain. I wouldn't worry as long as it only lasts few seconds anx only on cold exposure

been having headaches for about 3weeks now,with a sharp pain in my nose.tablets dont seem to work.been dizzy,nauseous and very lazy?,i get a hungry feeling,also when i wakeup, also missed period

Headaches: Since you've missed your period, pregnancy must be considered and if pregnant, ok for any medications should be obtained from your obstetrician. The headaches occurring for 3 weeks may be related to sinus congestion but other causes must be ruled out. A neurologist is best qualified to evaluate you. Get a pregnancy test before any xrays or medications are recommended.

i have a very sharp pain deep up in my nose on the left side and have had continuos headaches for months now. could this be related?

Yes, it could: You really need to see an otolaryngologist, or at least a physician with a scope that can look up to see if there is something blocking the sinus passages and causing the headaches.  Meanwhile you can TRY a mild decongestant nasal spray and warm compresses to try to encourage any drainage that could relieve the pressure if the headaches are sinus headaches.  Good luck!

That's different: That is a symptom that I have not heard before. In over 25 years of being an ENT doctor no one has ever complained to me that their nipples bother them when they sneeze. The only thing that i can imagine is some type of a muscle spasm that occurs in your chest with a particularly violent sneeze leading to irritation.

Sinusitis: Possible sinusitis. Seek evaluation with ENT doc who will examine/xray/recommend treatment.

Black heads: Blackheads are from impacted oil glands in your skin.  If the pain resolved there should not be any  issues. If you are concerned you should see the surgeon who did the procedure.

Xylitol: Xylitol is a natural sugar and breaks up biofilm in the body.  That's where germs mulitply.  It is found in a nasal spray called xlear (pronounced "clear") and in chewing gum called spry.  Pleasant tasting too!  Please see doc to check on neck pain which MAY be secondary to the nasal condition.  Olive leaf extract is a good natural anti-microbial.  Peace and good health.

Epistaxis : Epistaxis or bloody noses can be caused by a variety of things and is worth having it looked into by your primary care doctor or an ear, nose and throat doctor (otolaryngologist). Seeing that your nosebleeds follow a sharp headache, you should also be evaluated for high blood pressure since this can lead to nosebleeds that are difficult to stop.

In the meantime, here are a few nose bleed tips. If your nose starts to bleed, pinch the soft part of your nose below the bridge, not the bridge to stop the bleeding. Now keep pinching for 5 minutes. Set a timer or look at a watch because it will feel like forever. And no peeking! that will stop 95% of all nosebleeds.

Sometimes something just can't be figured-out(like why my girlfriend just dumped me).The vertex of your head is innervated by the 2nd cranial nerve, the nose the 5th(nasociliary branch).It's hard to draw a connection.Sometimes this happens,why I don't know
