Cracked tooth??: If you have this pain when you chew and it doesn't happen all the time, it is probably a cracked tooth and needs a crown asap.
The longer the delay, the greater the chance it will also nee a root canal.
If it hurts every time you chew, it is not a cracked tooth and maybe an abcess at the apex of the tooth.

i have this sharp pain behind the right lower jaw. i'm having acute sinusitis and i dont think this pain is related to it. should i seek medical attention regarding it or is there any relation as i'm only taking decongestants at the moment.

Jaw pain: may be related to sinusitis as you suggest.  Please see your doctor to be sure.  The sooner you get rid of any possible infection the better.  If there is something else going on that needs to be identified. Peace and good health.

so i have an issue. some of the back teeth in my lower jaw on the left side hurts if i chew down on food or if i brush my tongue on it. it happens for a day, stops for a few weeks, then picks back up. it's not a sharp pain, more like a dull pinching pain.

Possibly: The symptoms you describe are indicative of a TMJ disorder, but it can also be related to your occlusion, since  your teeth don't appear to interdigitate correctly. Have a local orthodontist take a look... it is possible that once your malocclusion is corrected, your symptoms will disappear.

Hmmm: It would be quite unusual to have wisdom teeth removed at the age of 13. Are you sure they were your wisdom teeth? Regardless, you will need to see a dentist to clinically examine you and along with x-rays determine the cause of you pain.  When was your last dental check-up?

Anytime : Anytime a headache is associated with other neurologic symptoms you need to have a neurologic evaluation.  Useful information for the neurologist would include prior head trauma with and without loss of consciousness, history of neck injury, family history of migraines or epilepsy, and any other associated symptoms (nausea, light sensitivity, sound sensitivity, confusion, fatigue...).

That said, the most reasonable thing, with any new headache or change in headache patterns, is to see your physician to rule out any serious cause of headaches.  Coital headache can be treated safely with medications.
