They could for both: A painful joints could be a sign of a disease or condition. Like having pain in the joints with flu, or psoriasis or you could have infection in the joint it self.

Joint swelling: Need to be evaluated with a good clinical exam and appropriate investigations . I presume there was no injury as none is mentioned.

i have had sharp pain in my left ear when blowing my nose for the past few days. no other symptoms other than a slightly runny nose. now i have bad pain in my left jaw joint.... especially when chewing.  my left ear frequently has crinkly sounds.

Ear/Jaw joint: May be the same or two separate but concurrent problems.  Would suggest seeing both an ENT and an Oral Surgeon to evaluate ear, jaw joint, and surrounding tissues.

IBS and IBD are 2: different disorders . IBD is an inflammatory disease o intestine and can be serious and needs definitive treatment. IBS is functional disease of intestines. may be constipation prone or diarrhea prone but no joint problems. more common in women. not life threatining

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.

Tendon or bursitis : I suspect during your workout at the gym you pulled muscles or tendons and developing tendinitis or bursitis or both in your shoulder. It would be best to ice the shoulder  especially for the first twdays after the injury for the next day or so and then use heat after that. And maintain range of motion. If it persists you can ask your physician to evaluate it and even if necessary have you been seen by a specialist

when i move my finger a part by the joint gives a sharp pain (when touched too) no visual injury. pain is lessening. why does it hurt? how do i heal?

Finger pain: It's possible that the joint has been sprained by some action or overuse activities that you're not obviously aware of. I recommend avoiding stressing that finger, warm soaks, and,if you can take them, anti-inflammatory medications like Advil or Aleve (naproxen) should help. If the finger is reddened and swollen, infection or acute arthritis may be present and you should be evaluated by a physician.
