to me in my 45 years as urologist.The two sites are not connected by any nerve.Is there  a bulge in your navel ?
Have you has any extensive surgery in the belly.
Please elaborate ,perhaps one can render help

Belly-button pain: Belly-button (umbilical) pain may originate locally due to infection or herniation, or be "referred" from another abdominal location like the appendix. Signs/symptoms of concern include: local redness &amp; drainage, umbilical bulging that can't be reduced with gentle pressure, fever, vomiting, change in bowels, generalized abdominal tenderness (suggests peritonitis), worsening pain.

Have an examination: Hard to tell without an examination. Is there a small bulge at the umbilicus? A small hernia is possible. See a doctor for an evaluation.

21 weeks: I am assuming that you are twenty one weeks pregnant.  At 20 weeks the fundus-top of the uterus is positioned at about that level. Sometimes the stretching of the ligaments could cause this discomfort. Please notify your OB sbout your concern.  It probably is the expansion of your uterus, but this type of discomfort should be only for a short time, until your body gets accustomed to the "stretch".

Sharp umbilical pain: Can be a lot. Can be constipation, early appendicitis, pancreatitis, gastritis, spigelian hernia  even from  ovary or UTI, Would follow up today with doc since early appendicitis may be an issue

Possible hernia: A hernia is a weakness in the abdominal wall, and this commonly happens in the belly button area. It can allow your intestines to be pushed out under the skin, and it sometimes gets stuck inside the hernia and causes pain. If it gets stuck for a long time, it can cause a portion of the bowel to die which is a life-threatening emergency. Please see your doctor for an exam.

Yes: it could be an infected granulomas, but any infected skin lesion could be a sign of a deeper abscess, or other serious infection. Alternatively, an urgent care center can help you just as well, it's your choice - you may want to touch base with your regular GP before going in, to give them a heads up
