I have a sharp pain in my belly button and discharge coming out is this a reason to go to the emergency room?

Yes: it could be an infected granulomas, but any infected skin lesion could be a sign of a deeper abscess, or other serious infection. Alternatively, an urgent care center can help you just as well, it's your choice - you may want to touch base with your regular GP before going in, to give them a heads up
