You'll never know you're allergic to something unless you try it (assuming it's different from some other allergen to which you are sensitive). Since monk fruit extract is relatively unique, you'll need to try it.

Yes and no: It is not as much what but how much you consume. Life style changes including diet and especially exercise are the key to this            "pre condition". I cannot emphasize the exercise part too much. Talk over an exercise plan with your physician -"don't overdo it!. You can lick this and prevent a lot of trouble down the road.

No,: no decrease in effectiveness from this combination.  However, all contraceptives have small % failure rate, usually 1 or 2 % with pills taken every day.

Not recommended: Herbal treatments like this are not likely to impact your sex drive. I would speak with your primary care doctor regarding why you feel your sex drive is too high and why reducing it would be beneficial.

Generally yes: There is no specific problem w/aspartame in pregnancy according to the nih. It does not cross the placenta, and is not a risk to you unless you have phenylketonuria - a rare genetic disorder. However, it is always prudent to limit all meds, supplements and the like during pregnancy except as instructed by your ob>.

Use it or loose it: If you plan to live well when/if you are 80+, you need to put in the time to create/maintain the body infrastructure needed to do so. A sedentary life style is matched by gradual decline in muscle mass  and strength of bone structure. Acquisition of extra weight becomes the norm. Exercise maintains muscle mass,increases your metabolism, bone density and tolerance to illness/stress.
