Long flight: As long as you check with the airlines to see if they will have formula available for you it could be done. Before you leave, make sure that your baby gets at least the first series of immunizations. Other provisions would be sterile water, and fever control medication with you. Good luck!

Vaccines: You will need a shot for diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus if you have not had a booster in the last ten years, a shot for yellow fever and typhoid.Pills for malaria and it would be a good idea to take polio booster. Hepatitis A and B, and a shot for meningococcus is also advisable. A flu shot is also helpful.

Seek help.: He should get mental health treatment as soon as possible. If he is still on active duty, then he should see a mental health specialist soon. If he is a veteran, then your local va or other agencies can help. Stigma about mental illness in the military is decreasing as more people become educated and aware about  these disorders. There are beneficial treatments for ptsd. I hope he finds relief.

It : It sounds like you are right -- stress is taking its toll on you and you need to use this as a wake up call to focus on yourself too -- you deserve it! if you aren't healthy, you aren't going to be able to help those that you love around you.

Of course you should also see a neurologist to ensure that you aren't actually suffering from something else.
