Changes in physical and emotional reaction is seen in post traumatic stress disorder such as being easily startled or frightened, flashbacks, always being on guard for danger, trouble sleeping, trouble concentrating, irritability, severe anxiety, angry outburst, aggressive behavior, overwhelming guilt or shame. With time & good care, one may feel better. Please see a psychiatrist. Hope it helps.
