: Avascular polyp is a misnomer and this term is used when blood flow in the polyp is not detected by doppler ultrasound; however, polyp always has blood supply, not avascular. Precancerous cells of the endometrium are abnormal cells which can precede the endometrial carcinoma. With this finding, a closely follow-up and treatment are necessary.

i have an endometrial polyp in the womb ... should i take it out? how serious is this ?

Yes it: Should come out because it could grow, or bleed, or rarely turn into cancer or cause infertilty or an early miscarriage, it does depends how big it is, I am almost always able to remove them hysteroscopically in office, please consult with your gyn.

Low dose OC's: Low dose oral contraceptives will keep the endometrium minimal during their use to help minimize polyp formation and to some extent endometriosis.

my wife was told she had uterine polyps following a hystercopy where a biopsy was taken. we assume of the polyp. this has come back as atypia complex hyperplasia. clearly a biopsy is taken from one tiny bit what are the chances of it present in womb?

are pre cancerous or cancerous polyps detected in pap smear? i have normal pap smear, but gynae saw my womb lining inflamed. may be a polyp deciding if we should remove it?

: PAP smear may not detect endometrial poly lesions. It would be prudent to follow your doctor's advice and have the lesions removed.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Fluid may mean: infection or inflammation. If no fever, then could be ovarian cyst, or endometriosis, causing inflammation, pain.

It is not malignant, but very painful.

Depends: Sex as safe with polyps as it is without polyps.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
