hello, i am a 22 year old female, and sexually active. i just wanted to ask what vaccinations/checks/procedures should i have gotten by now or should be getting at this age? also, who are the appropriate specialists to contact for each procedure?

HPV and hepatitis B: If in the US or most other industrialized countries, probably you were vaccinated in childhood against hepaitis B. Hman papllomavirus (HPV) vaccine is recommended but often not done. Check your health records, your childhood doctor(s) offices, or your parents. No other vaccines are needed on account of being sexually active. l If uncertain, have both. Any doctor can give either vaccine.

i am 70 years old, not sexually active, post menopause (age 50) and have a brownish discharge. should i go to urgent care or my primary doctor?

Go see ur pcp : Postmenopausal bleeding or spotting is not normal and should be evaluated  it is not an emergency so I would not recommend going to an urgent care center or ER. See your PCP or someone with expertise in Gyn and assessment of postmenopausal spotting or discharge.

Any adult age: Sexual activity is a serious issue with many aspects that might not be uppermost in the minds of younger people.  A mature outlook is important.  Generally 18 years is a reasonable cut off point.  Below this age, judgement is suspect even though the anatomy and lust are there.  After that most are mature enough to engage in the full spectrum of sexual activity.

Sexual activity: Communication and earning her trust might be a good way to find out.

See your doc: Consistent pain with erection isn't normal, neither is consistent discoloration. Suggest you see your doc about it, he/she may recommend you see a urologist or get further testing as well.

Yes: During middle adolescence period (average age 14-16), clear vaginal discharge appears.

It depends upon: It depends upon the time of the month of your menstrual cycle.  Very high risk for pregnancy if you are ovulating.  The pull out method is not a reliable form of birth control as a pre cum has viable sperm. At a minimum consider using condoms as a barrier to prevent pregnancy and STD transmission. Consider choosing a reliable form of contraception such as birth control pills, injection or IUD

High Hefner is 87: And still sexually , so an 88 yo can be but most likely mr. Hefner and the 88 yo are using medications like viagra (sildenafil) or one of the newer ones.

You are at low: risk for cervical cancer with little sexual activity. But the main idea is to start being screened for cervical cancer  about 3 years after the onset of sexual activity. The HPV virus, if contracted, is not expected to cause cervical cellular changes for several years. So when it has been 3 years since sexual activity onset, I would recommend a Pap smear.
