Any adult age: Sexual activity is a serious issue with many aspects that might not be uppermost in the minds of younger people. A mature outlook is important. Generally 18 years is a reasonable cut off point. Below this age, judgement is suspect even though the anatomy and lust are there. After that most are mature enough to engage in the full spectrum of sexual activity.
