No: Nothing about the surgery would have physically affected your ability to have an orgasm.  Consider seeing a sex therapist, and there could also be lingering issues  and guilt from the abortion.

You should be fine..: D&c is a common procedure and it has been 2 wks now and you are not having symptoms, you should be able to resume your usual activities including relations. Should not need antibiotic at this time. If planning to get pregnant again, eat well, take your prenatal vitamins, exercise regularly, and see doc as well.
I am sorry about you having to do an abortion.

Yes: Yes  however ,you should already be on an oral contraceptive immediately post abortion and this should protect you

Pregnancy?:  Are you putting the cart before the horse? You need to find out if you are pregnant first. That can be done simply with an inexpensive home pregnancy test. If you do have an unwanted pregnancy - a medical abortion would be less of a risk. Please consult with your doctor or planned parenthood. Use protection every time.

No, but.....: No it is not possible to ovulate that quickly. REALLY!  The bleeding from the abortion did not deter you from having sex the same night? Moreover, you risked pelvic infection from the previously opened cervix to the intrauterine cavity. It might be time to realize that abortion is NOT a contraceptive method and consider a "real" contraceptive method  going forward.

Consistent contracep: Probably, but it is now time to go to your physician or OB-Gyn specialist to start a better more effective form of contraceptive such as an IUD, pill, implant, or at least use condoms to avoid another unwanted pregnancy and the stress of another procedure on your body.

Slim: in order to become pregnant you need to ovulate and it is very unlikely that you ovulated 2 weeks after your procedure.  further plan b is very effective if taken timely.  however, you should look into a more effective form of contraception.  google the iud;  it's the best form of contraception you can find

Pregnant ?: If the surgical abortion was completed, and confirmed by a pathology report on the tissue removed, it is possible for ovulation to occur three weeks later, and "Plan B" is not always effective.  Check with the doctor who did the surgical abortion, to make sure the tissue was examined. The alternate explanation might be that the abortion was not successful in terminating the pregnancy.

Possible: If you are having unprotected intercourse you can easily get pregnant. The best way to prevent an unwanted pregnancy is to prevent it by using a form of birth control. Of course it is also always best to practice safe sex measures and use condoms as well.
