Muscular pain :  The diagnosis is not clear but we often see that in people with muscular pain. You can discuss this with your physician, but since it's both shoulder blades or scapula I would suspect more symmetrical muscular skeletal type issues such as myofascial pain

Emphysema: While no test is 100%, assume the test was administered in the 'right' way because 95% of the time, repeating it gives the same results. Hyperaeration (too much air in lungs) can be artifactual but the Radiologist (a good one, anyway) would note that by careful observation (lungs vs. bones). The signs &amp; findings point to obstructive lung disease (COPD/emphysema). TTYD or discuss on HealthTap Prime

Shoulderpain: Tough to say without examining you.  Your symptoms sound as if you at least strained one of your ligaments in your shoulder, with a possible co-existing Muscle strain of your scapula. GERD/Heartburn: Heartburn can be caused by acidic stomach contents backing up into your esophagus. If this happens 2 or more times per week it is called GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease). Lifestyle changes can ease the symptoms: drink more water, eat smaller meals, avoid trigger foods including fats/hot sauce/coffee) lose weight, stop smoking, sleep with head elevated. A Dr can prescribe meds that can help.

2 Different problems: T12 fracture may have injured your pancreas. causing the nausea
You may have another C or T spine fracture causing the scapular pain or indeed a scapular fracture missed initially
Suggest reconsulting your Trauma Surgeon and be re-evaluated and get aCT chest and MEI if the abdomen

Sounds like a pinch-: Ed nerve in the neck/tspine  , causing all your symptoms. Acromion is a part of the scapula, so I am unsure which specific area are you referring to (by calling it the intersection of ac. With scap.)?
See an orthopod to be evaluated/investigated, so treatment could be started.

Get to a doctor!,: A switch from that dose to Suboxone is usually associated with significant withdrawal.  However your symptoms can be a sign of an underlying heart issue possibly brought on by withdrawal.
