Nerve endings: There are sensory nerves in the superficial layers of skin responsible for touch and feel.  There are also pain receptors. The skin was probably still attached and when you bit it, it sent signals down the nerves causing you pain.

i have pain in my left arm that has been chronic for 3 weeks. i have not had this before. i have numbness and tingling in my hand and fingers. its difficult to pick things up but i can easily do push ups. not severe pain but it is consistent?

Finger inhury: Needs immobilization and painkillers, unless contraindicated, till evaluated in the ER or urgent care center, to rule out broken bones or torn ligaments, hopefully there are no lacerations, good luck

Possible Heberden's: Women are more likely to get a certain type of osteoarthritis of their hands when compared to men. Typically this involves the set of joints that the end the fingers and the middle finger joints. Initially there may pain but over several months there can be warmth/redness and eventually bony enlargement of the joint which, at the area you describe, would be a Heberden's (bony growth - spur).

how to reduce ulna nerve pain, i have clawing on both my little fingers and get severe pain in both my wrists?

Get it checked: The ulnar nerve is the major nerve that controls most of the muscles in our hands.  It can be injured at the elbow or at the wrist. Pain from ulnar nerve injury can be treated with physical therapy, bracing or medications. If you are developing muscle weakness and clawing of the fingers then a more aggressive approach and doctor evaluation is necessary as it can be a sign if a serious problem.

Pain: This could be as benign as a contusion to a splinter hemorrhage. If you see the vein under your nail I would be suspicious for a splinter hemorrhage witch can be associated with more severe disease. Contusion petechial lesion or some type of tenosynovitis possible

Many Things: This could be many things, ganglion, sprain, infection, etc. I would recommend you see a hand surgeon for an evaluation.

CRPS, chronic pain: Complex Regional Pain Syndrome would be a consideration. A minor injury that results in pain out of proportion to the injury, that worsens overtime and will show skin changes and muscle atrophy.

...Connective Tissue: The list of Ones coexisting conditions; Pain, dysmenorrhea, endometriosis; History of Enchondroma and bone graft + ulnar osteotomy  Added to severe knuckle pain of left forefinger spreading to other fingers with negative X-Ray seem to suggest some underlying Connective Tissue Disorder. Best to see a Rheumatologist for Evaluation and possible management.  Also add some Connective Tissue Foods

about a month ago i started having this severe pain in my right hand i can move all my fingers however when i use my hand to carry things or just grab the door knob the pain is so excruciating ?

Hand pain: I assume there has been no obvious injury. You don't describe what part of the hand is painful on those motions. If you can localize the pain to a joint, arthritis or tendinitis are possibilities. Since symptoms have been present for a month, I think it's time to get a diagnosis 
by consulting your physician or a hand specialist.
