severe pain on the tip/side of r index finger. sharp and pulsating. lasting all day. also noticing loss of "meat" on that side of finger. thoughts?

CRPS, chronic pain: Complex Regional Pain Syndrome would be a consideration. A minor injury that results in pain out of proportion to the injury, that worsens overtime and will show skin changes and muscle atrophy.
