Not That I Know Of: A fallopian tube transplant would probably not be very effective, cost-wise or functionally.  Presumably you'd want one to achieve pregnancy and that can be done more reliably with ivf (in-vitro fertilization).  See an rei specialist for details & careful if you do find someone who will "transplant an artificial fallopian tube".  Take care.

Slim down, lose #: Subcutaneous fat (more common in women than men) makes finding forearm veins more difficult.  If you are little bit overweight it makes it more difficult still.

Cancer port placemen: It depends on the access site of the port. In the subclavian vein just under the collarbone it is a minor procedure to insert an IV line and make a small pocket for the port. Access sites in the abdomen are a little more complicated and may require guidance with fluoroscopy or CT.

Yes for a reason: Baclfen or opioid pump delivers medications into intrathecal space of spinal cord , small amount of medication is directly delivered , ideal to have a small (short ) catheter from pump to the space to have less of catheter problems , than longer catheters if pump unit  is not in the back , located else where .

Not usually: Much depends on the location, bone present, bony contours, adjacent tooth positions, soft tissue presentation and your ability to open wide for a few minutes.Once numb, the actual surgical procedure takes less than 30 minutes in the hands of a skilled and experienced team. We do extractions, 4 implants in each arch, bone shaping/grafting, closure, abutment placement, IV sedation - 2 hrs. Good Luck
