: You may, but it will not build your muscles, only lighten your wallet. 
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Sertraline effects: I understand your distress.
Sertraline is medication for depression.
For maintenance of moderate depression, dose of 100mg/day is adequate.
Increasing it to 150mg/day may cause abdominal pain, muscle pain and hypertonia.
Due to “worst muscle spasms all over”, go to ER for diagnosis of abdominal pain including Pancreatitis or GI Bleeding.

i've lowered zoloft (sertraline) dose from 200mg to 150mg for around 2 weeks. i have muscle aches and starting to get head spasms ! is this normal?

Lowering Zoloft (sertraline) dose: Muscle aches and 'head spasms' or shock-like sensations may be seen in Zoloft (sertraline) withdrawal. Suggest you discuss with prescribing doc and taper dose more slowly - maybe increase dose a little until you feel better. Discontinuing Zoloft (sertraline) or similar med need not result in any physical discomfort. Changing med dose should be individualized and carefully monitored by prescribing doctor. Anxiety and stiff: feeling.  This MAY be a result of your GAD but check w/doc to rule things out.  Then consider doing something like yoga, qigong, massage, etc.  Our body was created to move.  Reflect on your lifestyle.  Too sedentary?  A little each day can do a lot.  Lots of qigong and yoga free videos on net.  Peace and good health.

Side effect: One HUGE possibility is that your body is that your body simply doesn't like that particular dose of medication.  Or maybe you should be taking the medication with a little food and this is your body's way of telling you not to abuse your stomach like that...   OR maybe you're just in the process of catching a little stomach virus of sorts in which case this should pass in the next few days....

A few weeks: Sorry to hear you have harsh side effects, but more often than not these initial side effects are to be expected and happen during the first couple of weeks of treatment. Side effects are common, but don't give up without trying. Ask your doctor for more information.

was taking olanzapine and they  give  me muscle spasms everywhere! they said it wasnt  that what caused it! could sertraline get rid of muscle spasms?

Zyprexa/zoloft: No, but stopping zyprexa (olanzapine) can. If not, talk to your doctor about medications to combat the spasms.
