Frostbite: Frostbite can turn into an infection in many patients. If you are concerned then please seek medical care for further evaluation and treatment.

Much easier: To diagnose with a picture you may be referring to hard and soft corns....which occur over bony prominences if that's what it is. If there is a hole though that is a potential problem and you should seek out treatment with a foot doctor.

Please have this : Checked. There are a number of possible problems. An infection needs to be ruled out. Recommend seeing your podiatrist.

should i be concerned with it being very sensitive to the touch, and not being able to point my toes?

Yes: Most patients that sprain their ankle will have swelling, bruising and tenderness that can be painful to walk on.  If the toes are unable to flex due to pain and swelling you should be examined and an xray taken to check for fractures. Try to stay off of it, wrapped and elevated with ice packs until you see your Podiatrist!

Many possible: Could have fracture or capsulitis or nerve entrapment get checked by podiatrist.

outer pinky toe is very red and a bit swollen, possible corn? very sensitive to touch so if it is a corn i can't file it down. suggestions?

Soften: If it is a corn, then soaking your foot in warm water for 10 min or so should soften it so you can file it off. If not then see a podiatrist. Could be an early infection.

i have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. i also have a patch of thick skin below by toes.
the skin is rough and less sensitive to touch. is that normal for plantar fasciitis?

Callus: Sounds like a callus which is an area of skin that gets thickened to friction. A separate cause for foot pain, but not associated with fasciitis. Other than both conditions mean you are on your feet.

i was ruff housing in the pool and now the side of my big toe is red and hurts to touch and it's sensitive to hot water what should i do i don't know if i could of hit it on something or what?

Infection vs injury: Impossible to tell whether you developed an infection or injured yourself w/o more detail. Any nicks, scratches or cuts that could serve as source of infection? Given the adrenaline rushing during rough housing, it's also possible you injured yourself w/o knowing so. We recommend warm compresses for infection &amp; ice for acute injuries so you're 50:50. If no better in a few days, go see ur FamilyDoc

my son has little purple dots from neck to toe and is sensitive to touch on neck and chest what could it be and should i take him to the er ?

Consider Petechia: "purple dots" can represent rash known as petechia.  If you push on the rash, and it does not blanch - consider either petechia or purpura.  While petechia are usually associated with self-limited viral infection in kids, can be present in more severe infection like sepsis and bacterial meningitis.  Should be evaluated asap, especially if associated with  fever and/or neck pain.
