i got a weird almost pulsing sensation like a heart beat feeling in my left quad. i've noticed it at night. i got full blood work and it's normal. ?

Pulsating thigh: May be fasciculation( muscle tremor),  check  calcium, potassium, magnesium. thyroid hormone level. Avoid  caffeine or energy drinks. Rarely could be nerve though usually presents as numbness,  variant of meralgia paresthetica, if wear tight bike shorts or leggings or L4-L5 facet/ femoral nerve, L2-L4 disc . rarely  clots/aneurysm( on BC pills? smoke?) check d-dimer or MS F/u/ w/ doc

Not normal: You may want to check your temperature.  If temperature &gt; 99.5 Fahrenheit you will need to go to ED or call your surgeon.  Are your bowel movements regular?  Is your pain over the site of incision? Is there redness/swelling or white purulent discharge from the incision? Is there nausea/vomiting associated with the stabbing pain? All of these symptoms are signs of infection and/or obstruction.

im feeling like i am living in a dream for 2 weeks. i fell a weird sensations like cold/tingling on the left side of my head, and pain behind the eyes. cant concentrate and i facing insomnia, my heart beat strong at night in bed. could it be anxiety?

IT IS POSSIBLE: It is a possibility that you are experiencing stress or anxiety. Hard to say without more info. Try to do some relaxation, yoga, hydrate, eat well, and if this does not help go and speak with your doctor.

Palpitation: Sounds like your expierencing palpitations. The conscious feeling of your heart beat from time to time. You should get some blood work for lectrolytes and thyroid studies. If the symptoms occur daily a 24 hr holter will help. If its more infrequent a 30 day event recorder may be better.

Anxiety?: Burping may be associated with hiatal hernia and gerd but more commonly from air swallowing.  The presence of strong heart beats at your age is likely from anxiety as well.  See your doctor if this problem continues since an overactive thyroid can also cause anxiety leading to air swallowing.

Hi, Oscar: Skipped beats in someone with a healthy heart (you) are not at all dangerous, but the symptom can still be annoying. In such cases, I often use propranolol (40-80 mg a day, starting at the lowest dose). It has the added benefit of lowering your blood pressure so maybe your Dr will substitute it for amlodipine? Rapid heart beat: Please see your doctor.  It could be medical or panic but you need to know what is happening and then it can be treated and you will have peace of mind.  Peace and good health.
