: If the discharge isn't yellow,brown or foul smelling, it isn't an infection. I believe  you're experiencing  normal postejaculation secretions from the orgasm you had before falling asleep since I assume you didn't urinate after the ejaculation. If you still have concerns see your MD or a urologist for evaluation &amp; advice.

hello doctor,upon masturbation & ejaculation done after 24 hrs to 2 days, the semen appears white & thick but if ejaculation is done after 3 days or more, its more of a greyish & semi-transparent discharge.is this normal ?

: Yes. What you described is normal.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

: It is very rare for genital herpes to cause a penile discharge. My sense is that there is no abnormal discharge here. It was most likely postejaculation secretions and/or discharge from the prostate and/or seminal vesicles. A urologist can advise you further if you still have concerns.

If clear it is: pre-ejeculation fluid from arousal. No climax has been reached when it is clear. You reach to climax and you ejeculate during masturbation and you get white semen. Any discharge could be due to and std and you need to be tested for std.
