what can a 21 yr old female have just started having seizures in sleep stops breathing  gasp and wakes up with severe tingling head aches?

Also sleep apnea: You may be experiencing the symptoms of nocturnal seizures which are not well enough controlled.  Also, be sure you don't have obstructive sleep apnea, which can cause gasping for air, nighttime awakening and headaches upon awakening.  It shouldn't cause the tingling sensation though so be sure your seizures are well controlled.

had 2 seizures in my sleep at age16 just had shallow breathing and eyes in back of head only my parents seen could this have been deep sleep 30 now

Yes , it could have: There is really no way to know if those old symptoms your parents saw were indeed seizures. Even as experts, it is sometimes difficult for doctors to determine if some types of neurologic activity are seizures - that's what eeg's are for. If question as to whether you still have anything , a sleep study or sleep deprived eeg may provide you with answers.

Yes: Sleep apnea is when you stop breathing while sleeping. There are many causes for sleep apnea and these should be seriously looked into.  Contact a sleep specialist or sleep center in your area.You can start by speaking with your general physician.  If left untreated it can become very serious not only to you but to others.  Fatigue from lack of sound sleep is a leading cause of fatal car accidents.

Not a pseudoseizure: Generally, pseudoseisures do not usually occur during sleep.  A seizure can cause foaming and blood in the mouth due to biting of the tongue or cheeks.

This could b a: sign of more seizures.Any muscle tenderness/soreness?Discus with your Neurologist.May be time for another EEG,drug level blood tests,or med change.Good luck
