Basic life support: Make sure their airway is clear, lie them flat and yell for help. Call 911. If they can talk and have a pulse, hold their hand until the paramedics get there. If they don't have a pulse, start chest compressions. Heart attack patients usually have chest pain, strokes are usually painless (maybe terrible headache) but some part of the body isn't working. Seizures are usually jerking. But you can't.

The pain fibers are the same source.
Some myocardial infarction can be asymptomatic all the way to the worst, ominous, pain ever!
there is heart muscle death as the defining entity
may need surgery or intervention
seizure could  also mean an arrythmia?

Anyone concerned that they are having a heart attack or seizure should been evaluated by a doctor in a setting where they have access to the appropriate tests (ie. Ekg, lab, ct scanner etc. Etc.) and can initiate treatment if needed.

Heart attack: Never heard of a heart seizure. There is a term heart attack which is due to blockage of an artery supplying the heart muscle. It results in death of heart tissue.

Heart attack: It would be unusual for a neurological seizure to be confused with a heart attack.

Serotonin syndrome: It is a medical emergency requiring a trip to the er and possibly to intensive care. Most people recover. Some die from it if they are not treated soon enough.It is not like a seizure disorder. It is only a recurrent condition if you expose yourself a second time to the drug or drugs that caused it, and I do not know why you would do that.

: Health anxiety is most often a socially convenient coverup for the true nature of ones emotional triggers. People can accept/give comfort to those with health concerns easier than those just freaking out over lifes'  stressors or covert triggers. Anyone can have a hidden illness but those who let the idea control their life need help learning to manage stress. Find a life coach &amp; do some therapy.

It sounds as: if you have numerous things going on at once.  Trying to connect the dots and tie all problems to one condition is not easy.  As  colleague of mine once said, " A patient can have as many diseases on one pleases".  If Lupus is a concern, then seek proper work up.
