Accepted Answer

"Belly massage" ?'s: "Belly massage" in the 2nd trimester does not cause premature labor.  Early labor is usually caused by other factors, but not what is described.

in the beginning of my second trimester and breasts still haven't grown any. when will they start getting bigger and sore?

Accepted Answer

Following pregnancy: The standard way that pregnancies are monitored with ultrasound exams is by monitoring fetal growth, NOT by maternal breast size. As the pregnancy progresses your hormone levels will change and your breasts will change in order to accomodate to breast feeding the newborn. As long as the fetus is progressing well do not worry about your breasts. They will just adjust, doing what comes naturally.

That is most: Another cause could be an incompetent cervix, anesthesia or radiation exposure or other toxin exposure.  If this is a repetitive thing for you, you should see a specialist who can work you up for potential causes and treat them.

Not sure: not sure what you mean by dropping.  certainly, your uterus will enlarge and feel like it is lower in your pelvis causing pressure

Yes: Both arte in the pelvis. Uterus will continue to push on your bladder as long as ur pregnant.

Accepted Answer

Not usually: After about 6 weeks the uterus should be back to normal. However, having  a cesarean delivery does increase the chances of developing endometriosis which can resul in persistent and sometimes increasing pelvic and uterine pain for months or years after a cesarean delivery.  The abdominal wall (incision) may remain tender and have occasional pains for up to 6 months or so after a cesarean delivery.

i had painful uterus pain earlier after the pain stopped all my abdomen feel sore & tender is it because of the same reason cus of my uterus pain !?

Possibly: You would benefit from an exam and possible ultrasound to see possible causes.

is your uterus supposed to feel sore while you on your ovulation cycle?

No: Midcycle or ovulatory pain (doctors sometimes use the  word mittelschmerz) is variable both from woman to woman and from month to month in the same individual. It always comes from the ovary (right or left) and is therefore one sided. (the uterus is a midline structure).  It typically is brief (one day or less), responds to any pain medication (acetaminophen, tylenol etc.) and has no lasting impact.

See GYN: Ibuprofen is quite often effective in controlling the pain but if it persists you may need an ultrasound to see if you have fibroids or other conditions. Based on the ultrasound results, your GYN can determine what the next step in treatment would be for your care. Often, OCPs are used to control the pain.

8 months pp, attempted lower ab exercise for 1st time since delivery. uterus and ovaries felt like they were going to explode and are sore. normal?

Okay: If you are 8 months post delivery there really isn't much harm that you can do by exercising lower abdominal muscles. It's unlikely that there is something wrong with your uterus and ovaries. If you had a Cesarean delivery there could be some scar tissue or adhesions that formed following surgery. While there is no imaging study that can determine if you have adhesions, an exam by ob/gyn will help
