Not much by itself: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that - Why was the biopsy taken? The findings you described are non-specific and not diagnostic of any disorder.

Sebaceous cysts: If this was truly a sebaceous cyst it may have to be surgically removed. If only drained and the capsule remains it may reform and rupture once again and it will create a risk of becoming infected. See your gynecologist and have them advise you.  Good luck and best wishes.

Oil glands: Sebaceous hyperplasia refers to over production of oil glands of the face resulting in small yellow bumps. The condition can be aggravated by the sun.

Not necessarily: Not necessarily. Furthermore, roche pharmaceuticals stopped manufacturing Accutane (aka isotretinoin) in 2009. The official reason was that roche's patent had run out. A number of generic equals are still available. However, many who have used the drug have reported harmful side effects (depression, bowel disease), and the drug is a known teratogen (can cause harm to the fetus) in pregnant women.

Cysts are growths that occur below the skin which are fluid  filled sacs.  Particularly in people who shave in the pubic region i frequently see abcesses. An abcess is a deep infection below the skin and often requires a surgical treatment.  If you have a painful red bump in the pubic region (regardless of gender) see a doctor right away!
