i've noticed some red bumps like structures on the skin of my scrotum. it's not just 1 or 2 there's a decent amount of them. there's no itching hurting or anything. i noticed very little skin peeling. should i be worried?

: Likely dermatitis with dry skin, I wonder if you have used too strong soap. You should only use a mild soap; if it is not available, you just clean your genital area with water then put vaseline on the scrotum, twice a day, for a couple days.

i used otc clotrimazole cream on my penis and scrotum for 3 weeks. (i had itchy skin) now i have super dry, wrinkly skin. mild skin peeling. should i visit a doctor? or let the skin heal naturally?

: If you keep it clean with a mild soap it should self heal in 2-3 weeks. Application of a mild .5% Hydrocortizone cream 1x/d may speed the process,

Stop using them: Of you developed rash after using all 3 , then you should stop using them and once resolves may introduce one after the other to check what are you allergic to. Meanwhile if rash are itchy try OTC Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream and Hydrocortisone cream for NO MORE than a week. If spreading and painful you should seek medical advise to make sure you do not have infection.

Friction: This type of eruption may be due to friction near the groin along with heat and moisture. Start be avoiding the wearing of tight jeans or pants. Wear boxer shorts.Try applying a combination corticosteroid and antiyeast cream like mycolog. See your Physician or a dermatologist if the eruption persists or worsens.

Infection? Eczema?: It may simply be a hygiene problem. If you are uncircumcised, washing under the foreskin is a must. Sometimes a rash appears after intercourse which may be related to your partner's yeast. She (and you) may need treatment. Skin diseases such as psoriasis or eczema could also be the problem as could sensitivity to soap. The nodules may well be related to skin issues; have your doc check.

See Md: There are several possible causes of skin irritation/rash on shaft of penis. If you are uncircumcised and you do not often retract the foreskin and clean the area, the old skin cells/oil / debris may cause irritation.  Some men get eczema of the area and need steroid cream.  It could also be a fungal infection like "jock itch".  See your md for a diagnosis and treatment plan.
