Brachial plexus: Your hidradenitis suppurative / acne inversa is surrounding one of the nerves in your brachial plexus and trapping it in fibrous tissue. That's what i'd bet anyway, i've seen it. This is a very difficult management problem and you need specialist care; ask about anti-tnf agents.

Not expected: The cervix undergoes dramatic changes during labor and delivery that often is about to change the architecture of scars and allow continued progression to normal labor, aided by the downward pressure of your baby's head. Scar tissue can also be removed in labor if needed.

Boil: Hi this doesn't sound like scar tissue but more like a boil. If pus is coming out, it might be infected. You need to go to the doctor and get it addressed. Until that time, wash it with antibacterial stuff, keep it clean so that it doesn't turn into a worsening infection. If you develop fever, call you doctor right away.

See a urologist!: At your age, i can't imagine some of  the things done ( hanging weights, etc! but to assess nerve and vascular damage, you need to see a urologist, to untangle what might be wrong.  Also need to have your testosterone checked!

: In brief, post-operatively, you have developed scarring and lumbosacral arachnoiditis.  Further surgery is very unlikely to help, and structurally, would not anticipate any rapid changes for better or worse at this point.  Physical therapy, especially in  a warm pool will help symptomatically,  and  goal to do McKenzie Back Exercises on your own would provide some supportive progress.

ENT: I presume your symptoms are not recurrent/persistent after the surgery and a new complaint. I would check with your ENT doc as your complaints can be assessed more thoroughly by him/her. It is important that you brought up your history of neck surgery but this could all be a different issue as it has been a year since surgery.  A scar tissue is a plausible answer. Common and transient I hope it is

Yes: Any biopsy will heal normally with some scar tissue. This is true in the tongue or anywhere else. Like other scars a tongue scar will slowly improve with tiime.

Wrist: Sounds like tfcc, or triangular fibrocartilage complex tear. Consider initial splint/rest/nsaids, etc. Conservative treatment first, before considering arthroscopic removal, debridement, or repair.

No : Once injured, cartilage in a joint cannot typically "heal".  The severity of the injury to the cartilage will determine the long term consequences such as arthritis.
