Upper left parathyroidgland surgery a year ago. swollen glands and tightness in kneck when i swallow, can it be scartissue issue? back to endo or ent?

ENT: I presume your symptoms are not recurrent/persistent after the surgery and a new complaint. I would check with your ENT doc as your complaints can be assessed more thoroughly by him/her. It is important that you brought up your history of neck surgery but this could all be a different issue as it has been a year since surgery. A scar tissue is a plausible answer. Common and transient I hope it is
